Gmail IMAP and SMTP servers support authorization via the OAuth 2.0 protocol, which Postbox 4 also supports. If you're receiving notifications about using a less secure application, or simply want to use the latest and greatest security protocol, try upgrading your Postbox Gmail account to OAuth2. Have you ever found yourself sending the same information over and over again, either by retyping the content or pasting it in from previous messages? Wouldn't it be nice to reuse content, so that you can save time? Then we have the perfect feature for you – Responses!
Responses are pre-canned message snippets that you can reuse over and over again.
Many productive people have gotten that way using David Allen's Getting Things Done (GTD) system. GTD advocates using a consistent routine and trusted tools to help you keep track of things you need to do and remember. In a nutshell, it's a system that serves as an extension of your mind.

Since Postbox is all about helping you work efficiently, we've added the Quick Bar to help you do a few cool things without ever taking your hands off the keyboard. It's a great way to insert a signature or a canned response, tag the current message with a topic, or enter a URL right from the Compose window.
One of the coolest, and perhaps nerdiest, features in Postbox 4 is Code View.
Code View is a full HTML editor built right into Postbox, powered by CodeMirror. Direct access to HTML gives you precise control over your email content, which is particularly important when using Signatures or Responses to insert pre-formatted resumes, product info, image portfolios, etc.
